I need help finding a shaded region!

!

The circle is centered at O, has a diameter at 10 cm and triangle ABC is equilateral. What is the area of the shaded regions?

I don’t know how to attach a picture so I will explain. The base of the triangle is the diameter of the circle. The triangle points to the right. On the side with the triangle on the top and bottom of the circle there are two small pieces not covered by the triangle and they are the shaded region. I need to find the area of those two regions. PLEASE HELP!
