How I can find and watch deleted YouTube videos?

I just start to think about on YouTube I wish like to watch old videos from username was SweetDreamemi that removed their videos. Now they were removed and it gone. When the user removed a video and I tried to find some websites or download tried to find and watch YouTube videos. I tried to find different websites and downloads that I couldn’t find to watch deleted YouTube videos that I would like to watch it again! Please let me know how I can find best websites or downloads for watch deleted YouTube videos that can be recover? Why do most didn’t work and if I still never find what I do how to find it?

You can’t watch youtube deleted videos. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
