It could be, depends really. I wouldn’t put too much stock in it though.

I wouldn’t read too much into these things. When my girlfriend and I first met (pre-dating) I used to say something out of habit and she kept thinking it meant I wasn’t interested. Of course that wasn’t true. She later told me and I was so surprised.

Don’t try to read huge stuff into little things. Just talk to the girl, ask her if she wants to do stuff together. Spend time together. If she gets close, asks you questions, smiles at you… then you know.

“Take care” means she thinks you are sick… “bye” means she will never see you again… “see you later” means she is secretely in love with your brother… “Ciao” means you are lost and in the wrong country. Women are so easy to figure out!

I tell people to take care all the time, it’s doesn’t mean I harbour feelings for them, heheh that would be a lot of people. Just carry on being friends, ask her out a few times, actually did the take care come with a bit of flirting a wink? I sweet smile? A touch of the arm, those are the signs you should be looking out for

i think it actually mean she cares about you, because its unusual to say really she could have easily said see ya, bye e.t.c but she went to extra effort

For me… I just say whatever I feel like…

Sometimes if there is an inside joke- then I’ll say something different… but it matters more how I say it… if I say “bye” as in “I notice you are leaving and it is polite to say good-bye” then it means very little. If I say “Bye” as in “I can’t wait to see you again” or “I wish you weren’t leaving.” Then it means I like you. If I say “bye” as in “good riddance”… well…

What I say means very little… (again, unless there is an inside joke)
