For those out there who have ever sprained their ankle I’ve got a few questions.

1. How long was it swollen?
2. How long were you off of your foot?
3. How long were you out of your normal activities?
4. What are ways to heal faster?

Don’t ice it as much as you can. Ice for 30 minutes, the off for 30 minutes, lather, rinse and repeat. Make sure to keep a towel or washcloth between you and and the ice pack to prevent frostbite.

1. Swelling time is different for everyone. Depends on how bad the sprain is and what you actually sprained, ie, tendons, ligaments or muscle.
2. Until you are pain free
3. Until the doc tells you to resume them.
4. Make sure to see a doctor to make sure you haven’t broken or torn anything then you will get an idea of what to do.

1. Mine still swells up after one year.
2. I was ment to be off of it for at least 40 days but I only did for a week and a half (dont recomend you to do it..)
3. I returned to my sorts and etc just two weeks latter but I wasnt supposed to so I still regreat it!
4. You should ice it for about 48 hours after the injury (20 minutes on and 20 of) and you should stay off of it until you are pain free. Hope it helped
