How do you cook this type of roast?

I bought a roast that is pre-seasoned from the store, and putting it in a slow cooker with water seems to defeat the pourpose. Its four pounds, and coated in seasoning/sauce. I have a roasting pan, a electric conventional oven, and acess to a crock pot. Suggestions? I dont want to lose the flavor of the seasoning.

I have bought them like that and done the crock pot thing and they come out really good. Also, try looking on the label or on the underside of it, there might be cooking instructions on there.

I put in just enough water to cover it and yeah, on medium for 4-5 hours. I also throw in some potatoes and carrots about half way thru.
