best thing i found is motivate your staff and yourself. look up ‘pacific institute steps course’ its the best thing anyone could ever do

Depends on where you are and what your buisness is….
Quite a few areas have consortiums on doing just that and thir fees are very nominal for the services they provide…
But then you could also try looking up buisness plans online for your industry…
