being positive is a good thing and quite hard to do it… if u do it at the first time u open your eyes in the morning with a smile, the rest of the day will be perfect… welcome to the real world, stop complaining and be thankful to the present and let the past be the past…:P

Your absolutly spot on.
The only way to change negative patterns is replace them with positive thoughts and energies…
Like attacts like, positive stuff positive and neg stuff negative.
Have u read the book called the secret?

ya i read the secret, but in many things the book expecting too much hope, then if it doesn’t happen it will gonna be a disappointing moment. but mostly the book’s nice. i learn a lot from that too… :)

I wish all the depressed people here would read it.
The book is prettty full on. But it has the right message.
There are no funny posts on tonight. I feel like shiit stiring.. hahaha

Not everyone wants to be thankful to the present though when it can be in a poor state and not always want to be happy out of feelings that a happiness is either not deserved or is unwanted out of feeling like it is a fake happy. Im an external optimist but an internal pessimist at times, if that makes sense. Anything not to do with me im very positive about, but things with me i can get down about. I dont get the deal with “the Secret” stuff ive been told like by two different people to do it, sounds more like ignoring problems rather than them actually being solved like it claims to sometimes do.
