Not trying to say people here are liars, but I don’t think too many people are depressed(clinically). I know I’ve said I’m depressed, but I think what most people here are is sad. There are a few who actually are depressed, but many who say they are are laughing with friends, leaving nice messages to each other, and so on.

wont be on steady till later so I’m not hiding or anything lol, have school :P

I read somewhere recently (i’ll find the link in a minute) that a large part of depression is caused from chemical imbalances. And what causes these imbalances? drugs and alcohol. What’s the best cure? Lots of exercise to get all the natural chemicals (seratonin, dopamine etc) flowing through your body again.

Its also caused be thinking the same thoughts over and over. Doing this creates neural pathways in the brain and by re-thinking the same thoughts you reinforce these pathways. The cure? - Get out of you head and stop thinking so much. So go do something that gets you into your body such as exercise.
