can someone help me break down the meaning of the poem?

i can understand some of it but need more.
here it is

an Epitaph

Here lies a most beautiful lady,
Light of step and heart was she:
I think she was the most beautiful lady
That ever was in the West Country.
But beauty vanishes; beauty passes;
However rare, rare it be;
And when I crumble who shall remember
This lady of the West Country?

an Epitaph: Meaning grave marker, Someone/something has died
Here lies a most beautiful lady,: Meaning death to someone cared about, truly loved in the writers eyes
Light of step and heart was she: Meaning writer saw her as good person, light hearted and loving. A beautiful soul
I think she was the most beautiful lady: Showing the writer saw her as his/her true love
That ever was in the West Country. Shows intimacy, the writer saw no one else around him/her
But beauty vanishes; beauty passes; Meaning we all get old. Saying it twice may just be reflective or the first physical beauty and the second meaning love
However rare, rare it be; Meaning the writer never experienced it before or after, true love
And when I crumble who shall remember:
This lady of the West Country? : When death comes to the writer who will know about this romance, Doesn’t want it to end.

Yeah Eddieee had it right pretty much. Its about a man talking about the love of his life, who has died. He’s basically saying once he is dead, she and her beauty will be forgotten.
