Um, you could just make a texture to put on the body.

what about a tribal tatoo, and use a stencil and airbrush it on,

Pretty much just like real tattoo’s… print FTW or White Power or a Nazi cross on your forehead and watch your whole life fall apart. At least learn how to spell tattoo before you start giving them, I know a girl who has her name tattooed on her boob and they spelled it wrong… it’s just sad. I have an idea! Trailer park trash tattoo with a head peeking out of a garbage can.
