i dont even know what to understand. i dont know how to feel. does anyone know how to feel about things?

i have no idea wut to feel or if wat im feeling is “correct”
iv thought about this many times
and hav come to the conclusion
that im jus gonna feel watever it is i happen to feel
and undertsand things to the best of my knowledg
and if im wrong so be it
