Most likely dead inside.

Thats how I feel. Well, maybe not dead because I sure as hell feel misery. Constant misery. Pain physically and emotionally and I’m falling apart.

Nah, no one’s a lost cause. At most some people forget their path in life because something happened to move them away from their goals but they can always go back to them. You can as well, you just have to know that you are bigger then what has made you feel like this.
