ok i am so confused.

i have been thinking about religions and how they all relate and a bunch of other stuff about them for awhile now but i have gotten no where. my mom is wiccan and my dad is somewhat agnostic while the rest of my family is christian, as well as my girlfriend. i was raised to be open minded and understanding of anything but i don’t understand religions at all. to me, religions are all the same at a base level and connect at many points, yet only one can be “right”? why do people preach kindness to everyone yet they hate those that are different? things just don’t make sense to me i guess. if anyone has any thoughts that they want to bring up, then just post a reply. i don’t really know what i’m even saying on here.

haha it’s not that i’m trying to find a religion or that my family is forcing me to change my religion. i see myself as being a spiritualist, not knowing what is out there but knowing that something is and living by the bases of life (the main points that are expressed in every main religion).

well I could list some of the conspiracy theories on religions but I’ll skip it lol. What do YOU believe? You could believe that batman is god, doesn’t matter really.

People are stupid thats why they dont notice its all the same ****. There are a few who are open with others though and accepting, which is cool.

I myself am a non-religious spiritual, meaning i dont belong to a religion but i still believe in them to a point and im also agnostic somewhat. I find atheism boring.

I believe in more living by your conscience, that is the only religion I follow.

actually i find the conspiracies rather amusing. lol

that’s wat i think to. i just don’t see why there isn’t more people who bring it up. everyone is so afraid of standing up for wat they believe because other people will ridicule them. it’s rather saddening.

that’s a good way to be. i think that is a great way to be because people should try to live without causing harm and people know if something is wrong or not. the world would be a better place if people followed that simple advice.

as I said, there are tons of conspiracy’s. But more importantly what do YOU believe? It is stupid to think that everyone thinks the same way, hence the smaller branches or different denominations found in certain religions. So ask yourself, “what do I believe?”.

i believe in many things. i believe that there has to be some sort of greater powers. yes powers because if life is all about balance it would make sense for there to be a male and female counterpart in control. i also feel that there is some form of a darker force (christianity’s Devil/Lucifer).

i believe that every person has a soul and that the soul is a non-perfect fragment of these “deities” and that life is the method by which these fragments are perfected and put back together, much like a how a mirror breaks into shards when dropped but through patience and effort it can be made whole again. i feel it is impossible for a soul to become perfect in one human lifetime so i believe in reincarnation.

there’s also this theory called geospermia which says that humans are not native to this planet and that we evolved from bacteria that landed on earth. i think it has a few good points in it because it says that a chunk from a planet that has been destroyed could carry some form of bacterial life through space and survive the entry into our atmosphere. this meteor fits in nicely with the whol “meteor killed the dinosaurs” theory because humans and dinosaurs never lived to gether and there was plenty of time between their demise and our appearance that the bacteria in the meteor could have evolved. geospermia also explains, i believe, why humans are so different then all other life on the planet. we build skyscrapers and highways, attempt to control the world and everything in it whereas other life forms live in a balanced harmony with it. and yes i believe that evolution is real, but i see it as an instrument by which the “divine” guide and change lower beings to become closer to perfection.

i can’t think of anything else to add on to this already extremely long comment but if i do think of anything else i’ll post another one. if anyone has any comments or topics to add to this, please do so.

haha i’m just curious about wat is “truly” out there cause i can sit here all day and make up theories but i don’t have any proof to support them. i just want to know why and how everything is how it is. or why it isn’t how it’s not. how everything came to be and how it will pass. which version of history is correct or the closest to the truth. stuff like that.

We can never know. We can’t really prove any theories, and we can’t disprove them.

I’m an atheist, and I most certainly do not preach peace. I preach an eye for eye. I’m content to let others alone as long as they let me alone, but if you mess with my rights, I won’t stop fighting until you respect my rights, or one of us is dead.

The option of violence is decided by the aggressor.

violence is still not the best option. it is there but it shouldnt be the first choice.
