I have a shed and I love it
My dad built himself a shed at the bottom of the garden as an office. It has 3 big cosy ugly rugs that all clash and are really old and soft. It has electric lighting, a tv, old framed photographs from his photography days and awesome posters from Edinburgh festival shows and theatre productions. It has a big oak desk, an armchair and a bookshelf with loads of amazing books. It has a ladder that leads up to a small attic bit that you have to go through a trap door to get to. In the attic there are old records in a big treasure chest that used to be in an old bank to hold money. There is a record player and a fan that blows out air that smells like vanilla. He doesn’t use the shed anymore so he gave it to me.
It is honestly the best thing I’ve ever been given. Nothing will ever beat it.
I put a mattress and a duvet in the attic. It’s the best escape, when I’m there I feel away from everything, so remote.
I want to live there forever.
I’m home from school and bored. Just thought I’d tell you. I really wanted to show off. I love my shed.
