you can start doing exercise specifically for your stomach mlike crunches and other workouts on websites can help you focus in on your stomach. Also see how much salt you intake each day because that too can be affecting you out come good luck!

because eating less doesnt = weight loss. Your doing it wrong - your body works of a schedule. If you feed yourself less your body goes into starvation mode because it thinks thats all its going to get.

For instance if you only eat once a day your body starts to get used to that and stores everything it can from that one meal to make up for the loss of energy.

If you want to loose weight, do it right and stop being an irresponsible classic 14 yr old girl.

Drink LOTS of water, vegetables, fruit and protein - and eat often but small meals. Continue exercising and cut down your carbs but dont cut them out or you will get sick and cause a serious hormonal imbalance.

Because your still growing into your body.
You body needs all the energy it can get, I think some people your age are chubby for a few years, but its mosty “puppy fat”

Exersising is good, keep it up and don’t be paranoid if you have a little belly, it will go as your body matures, providing you keep exercising.

And it took me like YEARS to figure this out… that little bump when you look down will ALWAYS be there no matter what. It will never be completely flat. its called your uterus.

1. Abdominal Exercises Don’t Work
Well they build stamina in your core but they don’t get rid of a belly. Its not possible to target certain locations to lose body fat. Your body decides where to lose fat - not you.

2. Belly Fat Is Hard To Shift
Unfortunately in the vast majority of people the middle is the last area the body gives up its fat excess. That means the rest of you can be skinny and you still have a belly.

The only answer is to lose more weight overall.

To do that requires two key things:
1. Fewer Calories - especially basic carbs like sugar, sweets, etc.
2. More Exercise - if you already do loads you need to do more. But aim to do something called High Intensity Interval Training. Its far more effective than 10 mile runs. The key is short but intense bursts of heavy activity. For example hill sprints.

Not to mention its not a DIET - its a life style change. That’s why they say diets don’t work, because if you just treat it like something you only have to do for a couple of months than its over than it will never stay off.
