My girlfriend asked me if I love her, I yes and then she asked again, really?

I again responded yes and she went on to tell me she loves me too. I’m not exactly sure what she was trying to get at by asking this though, if you have any idea, even a guess, please help me out!

she probly just wants to hear u say it. or find out what kind of relationship ur getting into. like if its going to be serious and if u do like her. and so on.
