Video help!

I am in my schools’ broadcast journalism class and we have to look up a bunch of answers online. my teacher said he didn’t care how we got the answers as long as we got them. so if anyone knows anything about video please let me know. i have to have questions such as :

what are two of the four characteristics of video you cannot control.

an editor can shorten time between shots by. . .

what are two areas in which you can change the sppeed of videop speed- a.within shots b.between sequences c.between shots

plus there is a ton more. please help this is super important and due tomorrow.
