I’m so full I’m now walking like a pregnant person and I have to go to schoool someone’s probably going to ask me when it’s due OH GOD.
Because everytime I think about all the stuff I need to get done I put it off by having another snack. I’m not even hungry. I just keep eating.
Hahaha
Right, does this sound like way waay too much food for a normal person to you? Atm it’s 10:57 am.
I have eaten:
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with butter & peanut butter
thennn a load of pringles
thennn a load of orange juice
thennnn a tortilla thing.
Christ.
I think I need to go for a run down the road today. Although by the time I get home I may have turned into a giant blob of lard and I will just have to go for a roll down the road instead.
Oh no :(
Pick up healthy snacks, like low fat yoghurt and wholemeal bread and wholegrain cereal bars and fruit then you can eat and eat as much as you like without worrying about becoming a hippo
when you feel like eating go make something else, read something, go outside, not eat if you don’t want to eat
:-)
Drink loads of water and force yourself to eat 3 slices of dry bread. Then you wont feel like eating.
don’t worry! if your a teenager, its pretty much normal! i’m a teenager adn would you believe, today i ate 8 PIECES OF TOAST! crap.anyways. i try to cut down. if i think i’m eating to much i distract myself by reading, watching t.v etc. but the best thing to distract yourself is homeowrk or walking or riding your bike, so it won’t matter if you eat to much and you’ll get active! i go walking with a firned 3 times a week, its GREAT. Seriosly, i really look forward to it. so just stay active, ask yourself: do i really need another serve?
Good luck!
