Is anemia a good enough medical reason to do part time at school?
(I’m finding normal days too hard)

Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
That depends on how bad it is. You can try to get a doctors note to allow you to work at home.
not really, you could always take iron tablets to make you feel better :)
i haven’t seen the doctor yet, i keep refusing because i don’t like the thought of blood tests

If your not prepared to get a bloodtest then you wont be able to get iron tablets and will have to live with it, so try to get yourself the courage. Get slightly tipsy before hand or summit.
Beer is high in iron, so thats a good start.
beer? lol, i don’t know if my mum will allow me, i’m only 16!

hi anomanous it’s me
whats up?
IT depends what type of anemia and how bad, if you let it get worse hon you could get really ill, I was pernision anemic and had to have B12 injections they make you feel great and also go me onver my needle fear, you cannot miss school untill you are diagnosed
the easiest thing is just squeeze your moms hand until you feel fingers popping, (signs of breakage!) i have to get 1-3 times a year, my mom is anemic, so i get blood tests every time, but they are not that bad! i find it easiest if you just keep talking
