I am trying to run a old pc game “Sanitarium” on a VISTA based computer, but I keep getting an error and it will not let run right from the start.

What can I do if anything????

i think when u start it it might say its got compatability problems and u have to connect 2 microsoft, i think the same thing happens to me when i play the sims 2 on my vista comp, annotin really

there is a patch I could email you. I play Sanitarium on Vista. You can get the patch on any torrent site as well.

You can always just run it in compatability mode by right clicking on your shortcut to the game, going to the compatability tab, checking the box saying “run this in compatability mode for:” and selecting windows 95 from the drop-down menu. Works for me.
