I cut myself in school today … a lot, and it was on my hand … and people saw … what am I doing?

I don’t know, I’ve got a lot going on, and then on top of that I’m not talking to my counsellor again and I’m getting referred, but that could take months. I don’t know, I think everything just got to me.

there no way you could take a break? there was a time when i had a lot getting the best of me and i just went **** it im taking a break and it helped.

We have a bank holiday next week then I’m on study leave and they can’t leave by slot open until I get back, so I can’t see her anymore.

I do prioritise, I just can’t seem to focus to do the work.
