Lima Peru?! Ha ha im reading a book that takes place there…it sounds beautiful.
Yay, I am going in July with my son he is 5, what do you recommend we do and where we stay?
Oh… well, first thing you have to know is don’t take a taxi from the airport, it’s better to asign a company car to pick you up! How well do you know Spanish?

Si pues! … aqui en mi casa hacemos una parrillado bien buena!!! A1 te digo! XD
Machu Pichu!… and it’s far! Another city, Cuzco, and from Cuzco to Machu Pichu… Train, so it’s far ^^
I myself never been to Machu Pichu! u.u
But if you’re planning to come here, planning on advance is a really good idea… how many days would you plan on coming?
I was planning for about 4 nights, It is a 4 hour flight from Miami so it is not to far away from where I live in the Caribbean. If I stay in Lima how do I get to Machu Pichu? Can I do that trip to Machu Pichu in a day and go back to Lima to my hotel?
hehehehe XD
I’m sorry, but no, it’s either one or the other!… Do you know what soroche means?
But if you come here to Lima you should probably visit Lunahuana, it’s 4 hours away from the city! It’s AWESOME!! Beautiful valley ^^
soronche? No entineddo :)
So if I want to go to Machu Pichu how do I do it?
I fly into Lima then what?
Hahahaha XD… Cuzco is a plane away from Lima (Cuzco is the nearest city to Machu Pichu) and to get there in car from Lima… Believe me, you don’t want to do that. Why? If you go on bus, bus drivers here are crazy, and if you go on a rented car… it’s a LOOONG trip! Probably a 2 days trip! My advice would be for you to go directly to Cuzco, or come visit more than 4 days ^^!
Ok I can stay a week, so from Lima there is local airlines with regular flights to Cuzco?
I want to visit Lima, but also I would love to see Machu Pichu. I have had many students from Peru, I hae never been, I look forward to visit and have some pisco :)
Jajajaa!…. Esta bien, pero si quieres yo te invito el pisco, y un lomito saltado! XD
Yes, there are regular flights to Cuzco every day, no more than a 2 hours flight! 7 days is more than enough to do both things… You should probably stay in a hotel in Miraflores here in Lima cause it’s really pretty there! I’ll find out about some hotels here and then check back to you… allright? ;D
Yay thank you. I will open my email to you, it is easier communication that way. Thank you for your help, speak soon :)
