Any help for insomniacs out there?

I need prayers and pills to put me to sleep at night lol. Good websites to look at would also be helpful…

well try not to see t.v for long, do some stessfull exersion and take a hot shower,try reading a boring book, and no pills, as far as my personal experience is concerned I couldnt sleep for six months, but now thnx to god i sleep quite fine.

try to get a regular paste on heart beat and try breathing with 2 words equalling to 2 syllables everytime you inhale and exhale. so one word when inhale another word when exhale.

and don’t drink pills.
and just keep trying…
