i get them all the time and i try to calm myself down and not panic or distract myself with something else works for me!

yeah totally its horrible and i hate it sometimes im not doing anything and i panic but i just have to distract myself and if its really bad take my breathing back to normal it takes a while though go to the doctors they can give you stuff for it or tips!!!

i think if you figure out what makes you have panic attacks, like, which situations affect you most, you can try and aviod those situations?

I use to have panic attacks when I was younger, I was quite the little panicker. A doctor came and told me to do this. Put your hand on your heart, and your other on your stomach. Breathe in thorough your nose, out from your mouth. Just keep on doing it until your calmer. Don’t remember how much it helps, but I don’t have panic attacks any more! Good luck
