She’s friggen stupid…

I ask what this modeling thing is about and it takes me forever to get the details out of her because i know she didn’t want to tell me. She tells me it’s a guy named david, I ask her if it’s for a magizine or something…she says yes and she tells me it’s a new magazine. REALLY? He told you it’s a “New Magazine”, first she modeled with clothes on now, this david guy is doing a bathing suit theme or something now. She’s there by herself modeling for this “new magazine” in a bathing suit. She just turned 16…
Please tell me this sounds fishy…like wtf…does anyone agree with me?

Yeah for any sort of modelling like that I would imagine she has to be 18.

She needs to have signed a model release form, if she didn’t she can press charges if he uses the photos without her consent, I’m going through a legal battle with a video that was for personal use only and I’ll be **** annoyed if anyone is selling anything without my permission, tell her to seek legal advice :)
