Where can I get a cheap home urine glucose/diabetes test?

I need to find one soon. I think I might be sick. I’ve been drinking excessively, urinating a lot, and feel completely exhausted the majority of the time. PLEASE someone help me. I can’t go to the doctor; I already know my parents won’t take me without sufficient proof (they need numbers, something obvious). If I could just find a place to sneak a test, then I can easily either a) prove myself wrong and be grateful I don’t have diabetes, or b) have proof when I ask my parents to take me to the doctor.

Ask the pharmacist for glucose test strips. (urine strips) Also ketone strips; some kinds test both on the same strip.

You don’t need a prescription, you can just buy them at the drug store or the grocery store. It’s about $10 for a small jar of them.

If you’re concerned though, you should still see a doctor. If your parents won’t take you, talk to the school nurse or an athletic trainer.

From Poster:

I can’t go to the school nurse or my coach either. They’d just call my parents, which I DEFINITELY don’t want. Having another adult talk to them about me is worse than me talking to them (unless it’s an actual doctor).
