social help: So it’s my senior year. - Help.com

So it’s my senior year.

I’ve actually been sick for a week or so. I’ve come to a conclusion I’m really not into doing drugs anymore after seeing how stupid some people can be about it. Anyway, my little clique of friends are made up of four other people. Two of them are in a relationship and the other two are becoming the best of friends due to that relationship. See, the girlfriend used to be best friends with one of the girls while the other was closer to me. Everyone’s paired up now and I’m always left as an outsider in the clique. My boyfriend tries to comfort me by saying that I can find better friends. But I’m just not really in the mood to try and find new friends at this time. I just miss how my friends used to be when there wasn’t much of a segregation occurring.

Do your friends like your boyfriend? If they do add him into the clique.

Yeah they like him and they invite him to hang. But he just chooses not to. It’s not really an issue of my boyfriend because I like just hanging out with my friends. It’s just really an issue of how my friends are acting.
