Auto Accidents, I got myself into an accident recently, and right now the insurance is telling me with the details I’m at fault.

And to make matters worse there maybe a chance that the insurance will drop me. I’m really frustrated please give me some advice on what I can do on my part to make the situation not as bad cause I’m on my parents plan I don’t wanna give them anymore trouble.

Go and buy your own car insurance that way it will not affect your parents insurance. Hope this helps :-)

Don’t they still have to cover the claim, no matter who is at fault? That’s what you pay for, right? This s one of the reasons that I HATE HATE HATE insurance companies. The get your money for yrs and yrs and then at the first sign of a problem, they try to run out on you.

I caused an accident, I lost control of the car and hit a another car and a bike, it happened because I was very distressed over a police case against people who assaulted me, but it was my fault for driving, I was very honest with the insurance company about it and got someone to help me work things through with them and eventually after a lot of stress I am back to driving and have a new car and my insurance is still good value considering the level of accident, I hope you are ok, accidents can be a big shock. My car was written off, but fortunately my car was what suffered worst damage in the accident.

Gosh. It’s good to hear that they covered you, and the a vehicle was in the worst shape, and not a person. Good luck with your other case.
