I need to loose weight, but I have zero motivation.
Every day I tell myself, “okay, I’m going to eat healthy from here on out, I can do it, etc, etc.”
But then at the end of the day I’ve broken the rules. And then I simply say, oh well I’ll start tomorrow.
Or when I’m about to eat something, I’ll say, okay well I can start tomorrow.
If I keep telling myself that, I won’t get anywhere.
Any good advice?

true. ur just gonna have 2 find a really good reason thats important 2 u. the only person that can motivate u is u.
Well, I’m almost 16.
I’m 5′9
And I weigh 176 pounds.
To me, that’s too much.
it would if u got a workout buddy. a close friend with the same goal maybe??

That’s the best way a person can put it. Having friends encourage you definitly helps (like it helps me do 1/3 better lifting weights….literally). Only thing you can do though is tell yourself “Time to kick my a$$” and do it. It’s tough sometimes, but possible. Once you start seing results you will need no further encouragment. ;P

motivation is somethig you learn and something you can only teach yourself.

true that true that.
Total agreement with the rest, don’t expect to lose a single pound with your current mind set. You may just have to be happy with your current self, if that’s all the motivation you can muster.
Rule No1 you dont have to starve to lose weight, get onto google, google healthy meals and healthy snacks. Eat five small meals a day, Breakfast three hours later snack, lunch three hrs later snack 2hrs later dinner, then if your hungry before bed make sure you have something about 2hrs before bed, a bowl of sugar free cereal or a yogurt maybe.
When you starve your body stores fat, keep it sated and exercise, as someone else said weight training is great, muscle burns fat even while at rest. You can also google weight lifting routines on the web. You have to want this, and if you want it bad enough you’ll do it :-)
Nobody can do this for you hon.Calories in and calories out, the meals must be small and healthy.
