What do you mean what? It’s a saying that shows people if your mad then your letting anger take over the opportunity to be happy. So it’s saying don’t have anger that’s it!

I’m not saying having premature happyniess I’m saying have permanent happiness, just don’t let yourself get mad in the first place. If a person thinks this way then it will be harder to become mad. At least with me it does. If I start to feel anger I say no stop because then I’m taking away the chance to be happy about this and enjoy it. Most people feel anger over silly small things, yes I agree with anyone if it’s big like your husband cheating on you that’s different I’m sure you can’t just say be happy, this saying is mostly for the small things in life. It helps me get over little things at work with my husband very small things. Your a smart person I can see and we have different thoughts on things I can see but that’s what makes this site fun and helpful is different advice. I hope we can see the same on at least one thing hahahaha. May it will never happen hehe but I hope it can. Well take care and thanks for your post and all your comments.
