Resume help!

I’m 16, homeschooled, and my dad doesnt want to help me find a job.
I was thinking of making some sort of resume even though I won’t have much to put on it. What do you think?

A resume is a great idea–it’s designed to highlight your skills and experience. Some things that might seem insignificant to you could be important to an employer. Anything that shows that you are responsible and have a good work ethic are valuable things on a resume. The very fact that you have a resume is going to impress people prospective employers.

Don’t forget the cover letter. Your resume shows what you’ve done and the skills you have; the cover letter is where you get to explain why your skills are a perfect match for the job you are looking for!
