lack of implementation i touch the book and then i drop out of it somehow

One thing that helped me alot in school, I am not a naturally good student, is to give myself rewards. Like food that I like. Also I took a lot of study breaks, twenty minutes try hard to study, ten minutes read an entertaining book or reply on help.com or watch a show. I would just relax and try to keep my mind from stressing. Hope this helps.
