im 23 and have really bad yellow teeth.

Its so bad i dont smile unless i put my hand in front of my face. I have healthy teeth for i always go to the dentist and i never had a cavity. I do drink wine and coffee but i have tried all teeth whiteners you can buy. Im desperate i dont know what else to do. Im tired of people telling me to just brush my teeth i mean if it was that simple i would not have this problem. ANY SUGGESTIONS????

yeah i drink coffee all the time i figured out the trick is to brush your teeth almost immediatly afterwards you’d be gross out at how much brown stuff comes out just rinsing your mouth even. Plus I use crest pro health mouth wash works like a charm now when i smile the ladies just fawn over me =D

porcelian veneers are a good suggestion if you’re a member of the petty bourgeois. If not, why ruin the integrity of good teeth with whitening products?

Personally, I’ve teeth worse than John Lennon and I’m fine with it.

Have you asked your dentist about getting them bonded? And you should quit drinking coffee and include more calcium in your diet.

Put the inside of an orange peel against your teeth. (white part) It looks silly, but the dentist told me that it has the same ingredient as in teeth whitening strips.

Rubbing orange peel (white part), put a pinch of backing soda on your toothbrush when brushing.
