I need some help from boys or girls who have advice with how i could attract the attention of a boy in my church choir.

i have talked to him once on new year’s for a really long time, but since then i have barely talked to him at all. i have asked him little questions asking where places were at times, but i haven’t really had a good conversation with him. he plays the drums, and i have a chance to talk to him every tiime i leave and put my music up because where we put the music up is right by his drums set.
does any one have any advice as to what to say or do? like should i trip so he helps me and remembers me? or should i pretend to have lost an earring or contact? or should i just go up and talk to him randomly and like ask him a question about the drums? or should i just go up and say hi whats up? how do boys normally like girls to act??? enlighten me :)
he is part of the group of people who have been in the choir FOREVER (literally) and he is really involved in the youth group. i just started in the choir this year so i do not know any of the people he hangs out with overly well…
anyway, if anyone has any advice, i think that is all the details of the situation for the most part, so please respond :)

Keep it real and keep it simple. No “tricks”, another words.

Try to make subtle eye contact whenever possible, but avoid making it a staring contest. Also try to avoid being spotted by others while doing so. When boy-wonder does catch your looking, give a short but shy smile and quickly turn your attention elsewhere. It won’t take him long to pick up on your interest in him. Let him make the first move on you. Trust me, he will.

both of you have a common interest-music-ask him if any of the choir ever get together to rehearse or create other kinds of music, outside of the church-just be yourself-guys know when you’re not-he probably has already noticed you since you are in such close proximity of each other-keep it light and keep it real

I wouldn’t be so sure about that. I suggest you skip the charades and just go up to him and say something. When in doubt, just let it out.

boys do not like girls who roam around them or talk about them (so often)

be confident ,pretty ,glamrous ,and if he talks to you dont be nervous always give confident answers. be yourself take intrest in anything he likes to do.
best of luck!!!!….
