Me and one of my managers used to get along great. One week i had to take a couple of days off because i was sick and i couldnt fine anyone to work it for me. Since then she has been on my back about every stupid little thing, like saying shes was going to have to let me go when she has no right to make that decision right then and there. and anything else she either gives me dirty looks or bad mood. I have to kiss so much *** when im around her idk if its even worth it anymore. the job is already stressful and she doesnt help anything.HELP

Its like “Set in or get out”. I can never set in with people who play foul games. My manager is one such. Since you say that you need that job, try to adjust. Keep your calm and just keep doin your work. I wont say things will change, but you will get used to them soon.
