My brother died two years ago and it was a very difficult time.

My girlfriend left me three months ago and didn’t really say anything - she just disappeared. My business creaked in the recession and times are very hard. I feel lost and lonely and extremely bewildered. I don’t want to do anything because everything I have tried to do seems to fall apart in my hands.

Hi there, it is extremely kind of you to have taken the time to reply to my email. Thank you.

I have spoken to my doctor and they are arranging for some counselling. Sometimes though I get very bewildered and everything spins in my head.

It is great you replied as it kind of interrupts the spinning and reduces the sense of being overwhelmed.
