Please Talk to me and my heart?

Sorry I’m just a young girl, not a poet, so sorry to all you poets out there…
Ahh, life has been waring me down lately and fears and confusion’s been getting the better of me. What I wrote below kinda sums it all up…

Things Aren’t What They Seem…

There’s Beauty all around me
But somehow I can’t see
The Grander of it all
For these fears of what’s beneath

My soul’s growing weary
I feel I’m losing heart
Lord-Set my soul on fire
Ignite me with hope

This sunrise can’t bring me peace
When I’m drowning in a sea
Throw me a rope
Take me back to the White Road

You’re Where I Belong

Hiyas, Glad to see you have a pretty clear vision of what life is, and that you are making it through. You have strength, and I liked your poem

( I’m a published author you know *smile*)

It is in times like these that we truly NEED to know God is there. It is nice to fall back on his promise that he will never leave us nor forsake us. His still small voice is hard to hear when life screams her needs back at us.
