life help: I’m so tired. - Help.com

This post left anonymously

I’m so tired.

I have been skipping work, without notice, for almost three weeks now - don’t know if I still have my job. I just feel so tired. I’ve lost heart in everything I’ve been doing for the last couple of years.

Don’t know what to do in this life anymore.

I think you should go and speak to someone about how you are feeling. Do you have a good relationship with your doctor?

You need to give your manager a call, just to be courteous, if you get a doctors note all should be forgiven. He’ll probably put you temporarily on sleeping tablets till you get your natural rhythm back

Has no-one tried to contact you. Your job may not be there any more lets be realistic. However I know how it feels when you loose heart in things. Look within yourself and really find out what you want. It may be time to really think about what works for you and what you enjoy rather than whats practical. Go for your wildest dreams
