I am with the citys Mental Health Team here and have

been for a year or so, part of me thinks I am just making it all up, I don’t feel like I am actualy suffering from a mental illness, but then, If I am making it up then does that make me a little crazy also?

now that’s impolite to say, but really, you carry someone else’s problem as well as your own.
it great, noble etc etc; but very difficult.
go easy on yourself, talk…to someone, anyone.

Im saying that I have been diagnosed with a mental illness, however, I don’t believe they are right, but i do act and feel odd and take medication.

Ah! Well my father was diagnosed as Paranoid Shiz (not even gonna try and spell that) and that was totally inaccurate. My ex boyfriend was told he was so ill that he would never work again. Again, wrong.

It’s possible that they are wrong, but it’s also possible that they are right. I would need to know more info.

I wish I could help you out. It’s also tough to know how you really feel if you’re on medication. Some of those medications can make you feel weird by themselves.

I’m sorry you feel that you don’t have anyone. But you’ve got my ear for the moment.
