how do i hook up my tv to pc not pc to tv (hint) i want to see tv on my pc

i do not have hdmi or vga on my tv i only have av cables

any ideas??

you cant as your tv does not transmit a signal you may be able to connect it to a video or a set top box

you tele only receives signals and can not send them to your computer but a video or a dv player or a cable box all transmit a signal that you can send to your computer ,as some people have said the best way to turn your computer into a tv is to get a card
