advice help: I had a T4 shoulder separation. - Help.com

I had a T4 shoulder separation.

About 19 months ago I injured my shoulder. A month later I had surgery. I did physical therapy and did just about everything my doctor had told me to. It has been bothering me for about 3 weeks now and it gets increasingly more sore each day. I am not sure whether to see the doctor again, and if I do, I’m not sure whether to see the same doctor or choose a different one. Also, I’m not sure why it is beginning to be sore again anyways. Advice please!
