i just have so much to do and on top of that found out my husband has to have open heart surgery within the next six months and he’s my carer…and we just moved house 2 weeks ago..and and and

he has to have a valve replaced…he is waiting to have a cardio catheter. he is dealing with things i guess to a way that he can

the great thing about this is that i find myself unravelling just by reading the comments above..interesting how typing help on google and then finding this site and posting what i have has relieved some of the stress..hmmm the joys of feeling lessened stress on top of all that is going on

zip-in-time no need to apologise…my unravelling is from the great questions and comments from yourself and anonymous…just the little acknowledgement of knowing that i have a voice and opinion and that someone cares enough to take the time out of their special lives to help me…that in itself makes me feel less stressed despite what is going on

lol…apart from the cigarettes…lol listening to music sounds very promising..and i think i do have my computer unpacked lol…and venting online is a big help…Everything isnt all in my head now some is online…lol..burdening help.com lol
