Take her to the vet!
She most probably has an infection (fungal or parasitic most likely) and she can spread it to the rest of the animals…

Aaaah, a question about rats :)
Where is the skin on her back, does it look sore? Sometimes rats pull their own or others hair out to add as bedding.

i have 4, but mine are all perfect, i rescued 2 and when i did they had bald patches, but that soon went when they were sepeartaed from the bigger ones they were with at the time.

its sorta on the back of her neck… shes only about 12 weeks old— we got her about a month ago along with 4 others.
