hi there all. so i am currently working on helping a guy friend find a good gift for his girlfriend who is having a birthday in eight days. she is very out-going and very much into punk,screamo, rock music. oh and bright colors too.

he is on a sorta tight budget but will do anything for herr. i am not sure about the traditional roses, candy and stuff like that because this gift needs to be special. also, i am not sure what cds she all has so that probably wouldnt work well either. :(

oooh thats a very kickin idea. but i am not sure about it. because i am friends with the guy and we always go to concerts together soo it may be sorta weird? haha. i guess i will have to let one concert pass.:) anyone else have ideas?

I write my better half a poem on the inside of the crappy paper packageing that they wrap roses in. Just buy some in advance, get him to write on it, then ask a flourist to bung some roses in. Its not in any movies (yet) which means she will assume he made up the idea himself.

If he has a bit of crash, then you can put inside a little card with the details of a resturant that hes takeing her too. Personally, i put in tickets to see Jimmy Carr, which isnt so romantic but its what the girl wanted.

Help me with: I just bought some hair straightners for my better half.
