My Dad just got a notice that the pension he worked

30 years to receive will now be withdrawn because the gov’t did not choose to give free “stimulus” cash to the company. IS THIS LEAGAL? Does my dad lose his house due to a foot stomping cry baby company who did not get their handout, too? This can’t be…it can’t be…

Nope, it’s not legal. Pension money has to go into a separate account and can’t be used for other expenses. Whether your Dad’s company did that or not is an entirely different question.
