i got to first sarg and didnt have all the badges iv got them now and my bar hasnt moved yet how is that please help

Well first off, the jump for First Sarg to Master Gunnery / Sarg Maj is HUGE so, don’t expect to see much motion out of that bar for a while.

Secondly, you must have all badges required before hitting that next point value, and then your rank will be determined by which awards you do or don’t have. You CANT “rank up” by earning the awards later — you’ve got to have them prior.
