I could try to apply for other universities that have PGCE courses for teaching but it costs alot of money travelling because i have to keep getting flights from Ireland to England. Its worrying me that i might have a rubbish job that i went to university to avoid! Places are pretty fought over so its competitive. argggg - im stuffed!

No way are you stuffed! you are full of ambition and drive and determination! 20 years ago i lived on a park bench today i have a family a home and a degree in teaching but more than that i have realised i have options! yes my boss is crap and yes she wont give me or anyone else a good reference but im not tied to that situation, and neither are you. Even so called dream jobs can become a nightmare - if you cant get that career you want right now take a break do something fun and return to it again when you are more relaxed and focused. One door opens and all that!
