Today me and my mom were talking about my brother, and she was talking about getting him involved into the big brother program.

then she was like we can get you involved in the big sister program if you want.

Mary, this is really geared toward children and young teens that are from economically challenged backgrounds. I have no idea if they ask about economic situations of the families, but the volunteers take out their assigned child to movies, museums, libraries, ball games, hikes…to help them gain culteral experiences that their families don’t have the means to help them with. Some Bigs may help with homework. Also group fieldtrips with the other bb&bs children and their Bigs are planned as well.

I think you all are a little too…sophisticated for who the program is designed for. Your bratty brother needs maybe scouts or computer club to occupy himself.

That was really kind of rude.
I was just asking. okay?
And even though my brother may be bratty sometimes
that does NOT give you the right to call him that or say he needs maybe to go to scouts or a “computer club.”
