Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
if you didn’t have sex don’t worry , it is delayed may be. but if still without your period go to the doctor sometimes it is serious. the same thing happened to my sister when she first got it. but it was just delayed.
if you just began to have one don’t worry its normal as long as you have one the next month
Don’t freak out. This sometimes happens. Heavy exercise or stress, or even bad nutrition can block your period. Try calling your doctor’s office and get a quick evaluation over the phone about your situation.
Your period can stop for any number of reasons. Change of diet(eating a lot more or less), more stress, change in exercise routine or heavier exercising, If your body fat percentage becomes lower than 10%, your body will stop your menstrual cycle as it assumes you cannot take care of yourself, professional athletes are constantly having issues w/ this. Pregnancy, a viral infection, Birth control, a cyst or other issue within your uterus or ovary: however, w/ a cyst, usually you will have spotting. Actually, any of the above you could have spotting. If you have an eating disorder, especially anorexia. Also, some people do not have their period every month. Did you used to share a room w/ a sister that also has her period and she’s moved out? That could cause a shift in your menstrual cycle. Before I got pregnant, I could go up to 5 months w/out having a period, but it was usually 1 1/2 months to 3 months in between. But again, if you were pretty clockwork before, I would definitely go to the doctor because there could be a serious medical condition.
