She does hang out with me that much. I want to tell her, I think we should hand out with each other more. I want to know how to say I it in a nice way or how to say it in the best way posible.

there is no ‘polite’ way :L

hang out with her more, then drop it on her. if shes really your friend, or soon to be something more… she’ll either tell you its requited. seriously whats the worse that could happen? if she doesnt feel the same way then you move on :)

i told someone i liked them & he didnt like me back, & things were cool as an icecube afterwards (:
